Elmhurst University Student Charged With Battery
The incident happened after another person asked the suspect to quiet down, police said.
ELMHURST, IL – An Elmhurst University student was arrested this week on two counts of battery in connection with an incident on campus, police said.
Wesley James Crosswhite, 22, of Wilmette, was released on bond.
The victim told police that Crosswhite struck him after he asked him to quiet down, police said. Crosswhite said he became frustrated and lashed out at the victim, police said
