Elmhurst Woman Activates Stun Gun: Cops
The incident involved a man walking a dog in her neighborhood, police said.
ELMHURST, IL – An Elmhurst woman was charged last week after an incident involving a neighbor who was walking a dog, police said.
Teresa Pulido, 41, faces a charge of discharging a stun gun, police said. She was released on bond.
About 6:30 p.m. Friday, Pulido screamed at the man while activating a stun gun, police said. Authorities said it happened in the 900 block of South Hillcrest Avenue, where Pulido lives.
