Elmhurst Woman Among Latest DUI Arrests
Police arrested three people on drunken driving charges over the weekend.

ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst police arrested three people in the last few days on DUI charges. Here is information from the reports:
- Stacey Chellberg Arndt, 31, of Elmhurst, was arrested about 2:30 a.m. Sunday at West and Grantley avenues on charges of DUI, transportation of open alcohol and improper lane usage. She was released on bond.
- Thomas Bogdan, 47, of North Riverside, was arrested about 8:30 p.m. Saturday at Fair Avenue and St. Charles Road on charges of DUI and improper lane usage. He was released on bond.
- Jorge Sotelo, 35, of Chicago, was cited about 3 a.m. Saturday at Lake Street and County Line Road on charges of obstructing justice, DUI, driving with a revoked license, driving an uninsured vehicle and disobeying a traffic control device. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
