Elmhurst Woman Arrested In Local Domestic: Cops

ELMHURST, IL – In recent days, Elmhurst police arrested people on charges of domestic battery, drugs and DUI. Here is information from the arrest log:

Domestic battery

• A 21-year-old woman from the 300 block of North End Avenue in Elmhurst was arrested about 11:30 a.m. Saturday at her house on two counts of domestic battery. She was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

Drugs

• Robert Flowers, 60, of Glendale Heights, was arrested about 9:30 a.m. Saturday at North Avenue and Route 83 on charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, DUI (drugs), possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

Aggravated driving with a revoked license

• A 59-year-old man from Cicero was arrested about 6:30 a.m. Thursday at North and Willow avenues on charges of aggravated driving with a revoked license and speeding. He was released on bond.

Warrants

• A 24-year-old man from Villa Park was arrested about 9 a.m. Friday on a charge of driving with a suspended license and on two DuPage County warrants. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

DUIs

• A 42-year-old woman from Lombard was arrested about 4:30 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of North Ridgeland Avenue on charges of DUI, endangering the life of a child and speeding. She was released on bond.
• A 22-year-old man from Addison was arrested about 1:30 a.m. Saturday at Grand and Lamont avenues on charges of DUI, speeding and driving an uninsured car. He was released on bond.
• A 30-year-old man from Glendale Heights was arrested about 2:30 p.m. Saturday at North Avenue and Route 83 on charges of DUI, no valid driver's license and improper lane usage. He was released on bond.
• A 24-year-old woman from Wheaton was arrested about 2 a.m. Sunday at Route 83 and Riverside Drive on charges of DUI and speeding. She was released on bond.
