She refused to leave the hospital after being medically cleared to do so, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – An Elmhurst woman on Saturday found herself in trouble with the law for the second time in a year, police said.
Zoey Van Jones, 62, was cited on a charge of criminal trespassing of a building. She was released on bond.
Late Saturday night, Van Jones was medically cleared to leave Elmhurst Hospital, 155 E. Brush Hill Road, but she refused to go, police said. So she was given a no-trespass notice.

A few minutes afterward, Van Jones re-entered the hospital without a medical reason to do so, which prompted the criminal charge, police said.
Last October, Van Jones was cited in the 900 block of South Hawthorne Avenue on an ordinance violation of criminal damage to property. According to a police report, she was "extremely intoxicated" and had broken a front picture window.
