Elmhurst Woman Kicked Officers: Police
She also struck two victims multiple times in a domestic disturbance, authorities said.

ELMHURST, IL – In the last few days, Elmhurst police arrested people on charges of battery of an officer, domestic battery and trespassing. Here is information from the latest arrest log:
Battery of officer
- Ashley M. Duncan, 32, of Elmhurst, was arrested about 11 p.m. Wednesday at her house on charges of battery of a police officer, resisting and obstructing a police officer, and domestic battery. Police said she kicked a number of officers who responded to a domestic disturbance. She is accused of earlier striking two victims multiple times. She was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

- Two 24-year-old men from the 600 block of South Berkley Avenue in Elmhurst were arrested about 9 a.m. Monday at their house on charges of domestic battery. Police said the two men struck a victim during an argument. They were taken to the DuPage County Jail.
Warrant
- Mathew Burns, 37, of Maywood, was arrested Tuesday on a Cook County Sheriff's Office warrant. He turned himself in at the Elmhurst police station. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

- Two 19-year-old men from Bensenville were arrested about 9 p.m. Wednesday on the top level of the city parking deck at 149 N. Addison Ave. on a charge of trespassing. They were released on bond.
