Elmhurst Woman Tries To Spit On Customers: Police Report

ELMHURST, IL — An Elmhurst woman was arrested after she tried to spit on customers Tuesday at a local store, police said.

Gabriella Del Toro, 42, of Elmhurst, was charged with disorderly conduct, attempted battery and resisting a police officer. She was released on bond.

The incident took place about 2 p.m. at Ebel's Ace Hardware, 1028 S. York St., according to a report.
