Elmhurst Youth Commission Holds Discussion On Teen Trends

Elmhurst Police Department's school resource officers will be discussing trends in the community for teen use of alcohol, drugs and vaping.

ELMHURST, IL — If you would like to learn more about teen trends and risky behaviors, you can attend a discussion hosted by the City of Elmhurst Commission on Youth. According to the city, the discussion will be held on Wednesday, March 6, from 7 to 8 p.m. at Elmhurst Public Library.

The city said Elmhurst Police Department's school resource officers will be discussing trends in the community for teen use of alcohol, drugs, vaping and sexting. There will be time for a Q&A as well.

Both parents and students are welcome to attend. This is a free event, and no registration required. This event is sponsored by the Elmhurst Commission on Youth, the Elmhurst Police Department, and the Elmhurst Public Library.
