FAA Holds Workshop For Fly Quiet Plan In Elmhurst

This is an opportunity for residents to view presentation boards and provide comment (verbal or written) on the Interim Fly Quiet Plan.

ELMHURST, IL – The Federal Aviation Administration will be hosting a workshop on Thursday, Feb. 7 at the Diplomat West, 681 West North Ave., between 2-8 p.m. to take public input on the Interim Fly Quiet Plan. The city said this is an opportunity for residents to view presentation boards and provide comment (verbal or written) on the Interim Fly Quiet Plan, which will rotate runway use for nighttime air traffic over Elmhurst.

If you are unable to attend the Elmhurst workshop, the workshop will also be held between 2 and 8 p.m. at the following locations:

  • Monday, Feb. 4 at Belvedere Events and Banquets, 1170 W. Devon Ave., Elk Grove Village
  • Tuesday, Feb. 5 at White Eagle Events and Convention Center, 6839 N. Milwaukee Ave., Niles
  • Wednesday, Feb. 6 at Hanging Gardens Banquets, 8301 W. Belmont Ave., River Grove
