Fight in Elmhurst Restaurant Parking Lot: Cops
Man is charged with battery in connection with the incident, police said.
ELMHURST, IL – A Lombard man was charged with battery over the weekend after an incident in the parking lot at Portillo's restaurant, 155 S. Route 83.
Daryl G. Westergren, 63, was arrested and then released on bond.
Shortly after 6 p.m. Saturday, Westergren got into an argument with someone else and then slapped the person in the face, police said.
