Fight Reported At Elmhurst Bar: Cops
Police responded to other domestic disturbances in the last few days.
ELMHURST, IL – In recent days, police responded to a number of disturbances. Here is information from the reports:
- Police responded to a reported battery shortly before midnight Thursday at Fitz's Pub, 172 N. Addison. A woman said a person smacked her phone out of her hand and struck her in the face. Because of conflicting statements and no signs of injuries, no arrests were made.
- Police responded to a reported domestic battery at 8 p.m. Friday in the 400 block of North Evergreen Avenue. Officers found both parties were arguing. They saw no signs of injury.
- A domestic battery was reported shortly after noon Sunday at the cemetery in the 400 block of East Lake Street. A woman said she was battered by her sister. An investigation is pending.
- Police responded to a reported domestic battery about 8 p.m. Thursday in the 4000 block of East Vallette. A woman said her boyfriend pushed her against the wall, causing her to cut herself. He left the house with her phone. An investigation is pending.
