Fight Reported In Elmhurst Neighborhood
Police released a description of a suspect involved in the incident.

ELMHURST, IL – In the last few days, Elmhurst police handled cases involving a fight, a stolen wallet, retail theft and an intoxicated person. Here is information from the latest reports:
Fight
- A man told police that he was involved in a fight with a stranger about 9 p.m. Friday in the 400 block of West Montrose Avenue. The man did not want to provide any more information about the incident. The suspect was described as a white man, in his 40s, partially bald and having gray hair.

- A woman was walking about 8:30 p.m. Sept. 26 near First and West when a man driving a silver sedan pulled up next to her and asked whether she needed a ride. She refused, and the man drove away. The man was described as white, in his mid-20s and having brown hair. The incident was reported three days later.
Stolen wallet
- A woman told police that someone stole her Louis Vuitton brand wallet containing her Illinois driver's license and debit card Thursday in the 600 block of West North Avenue. She later discovered a fraudulent online purchase on her debit account. The victim reported the fraudulent activity to her bank and canceled the card.

- Two women stole men's clothing about 1 p.m. Friday at Kohl's, 303 S. Route 83. An investigation is pending. One woman was described as black and wearing a zebra-printed shower cap, a gray zip-up hooded sweatshirt, a white Champion T-shirt, gray sweatpants and blue slippers. The other was described as black and wearing a white baseball cap, a black hooded sweatshirt or jacket, black Adidas pants and red Crocs.
Bike found
- An abandoned men's bicycle was found about 9:30 a.m. Saturday at First and Pine. It was placed into evidence for safekeeping.
Intoxicated
- A person was lying on the ground and appeared to be intoxicated about 1 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of West First Street. The person was taken to Elmhurst Hospital.
