Fireworks Charges Against Elmhurst Residents
Officers were called in response to complaints about fireworks.
ELMHURST, IL – Two Elmhurst residents and a Hillside man were charged with fireworks possession last week. Here is information from the police reports:
- A 45-year-old Elmhurst man who lives in the 800 block of South Kearsage Avenue was cited about 9 p.m. Wednesday at his house on a fireworks possession charge. Police were called in response to a complaint. He was released.
- A 42-year-old Elmhurst woman who lives in the 100 block of North Geneva Avenue was cited about 9 p.m. Wednesday near her house on a fireworks possession charge. Police were called in response to a complaint. She was released.
- A 33-year-old Hillside man was cited about 10 p.m. Monday near Domino's Pizza, 1036 S. York St., on a fireworks possession charge. His fireworks were confiscated and placed into evidence for destruction. He was released.
