Great-Grandparents Struck In Elmhurst Domestic: Cops

ELMHURST, IL — A youth is accused of striking his great-grandmother and throwing an object at his great-grandfather in a domestic violence incident Sunday in Elmhurst, police said.

The incident happened about 6:30 p.m. in the 600 block of West Armitage Avenue, according to a police report. The youth faces four charges of domestic battery and was taken to the Kane County Juvenile Detention Center.
