IC Catholic Prep Senior Earns Full Scholarship to Dartmouth

IC Catholic Prep (ICCP) is proud to announce that senior, Joshua De La Cruz, gained acceptance to Dartmouth College and earned a full scholarship through QuestBridge. College Match Scholarship Recipients are granted admission to one of QuestBridge’s partner colleges with a full, four-year scholarship worth over $300,000.

Josh is an Illinois State Scholar, Secretary of the National Honor Society, Editor of the Knight Times school newspaper, a member of Student Council, Treasurer of the Italian Club, and a member of the WYSE and Math teams. He also participates in the Engineering Club, is a Knights of the Round Table and Super Squad leader and serves as a Liturgical Minister. In addition, Josh is a member of both the Boys Soccer and Track teams.

QuestBridge college partners use a combination of their own funds as well as state and federal aid to fund the scholarship. This scholarship is offered as part of a generous financial aid package provided by the QuestBridge college partner that covers the cost of attendance, including:

· Tuition and fees

· Room and board

· Books and supplies

· Travel expenses
