Ice Cream Truck Climbers Attract Elmhurst Cops: Report

ELMHURST, IL — Elmhurst police received a call about people climbing on an ice cream truck about 9 p.m. Thursday at Crestview Park, according to a report.

The people told responding officers they were checking out the ice cream truck. Among the people were Meagan A. Carter, 23, of Elmhurst, who was then arrested on warrants from the DuPage County Sheriff's Office and the Chicago Police Department, police said.

Carter was taken to the DuPage County Jail, the report said.
