Local Museums Offer Free Admission Sept. 26 with Museum Day Live! Ticket

The Lizzadro Museum of Lapidary Art is participating in Museum Day Live!, a day when museums across the nation will open their doors for free to visitors with a Museum Day Live! ticket.

The 11th annual Museum Day Live! will take place Sept. 26, presented by Smithsonian magazine.

Each ticket grants free admission to the ticket holder plus a guest. To register, see the full list of museums and download a ticket, visit smithsonianmag.com/museumdaylive.

The DuPage County Historical Museum in Wheaton, Willowbrook Wildlife Center in Glen Ellyn, Mayslake Peabody Estate in Oak Brook and The Museums at Lisle Station Park will also participate.
