Man Accused Of Aggravated Battery At Elmhurst Hospital: Cops

The suspect was taken to the DuPage County Jail, where he stayed two days, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – A patient at Elmhurst Hospital was arrested Friday after he threw a cup of urine in two people's faces, police said.

Shaun Haddad, 36, of Indianapolis, was arrested on two counts of aggravated battery. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail and released Sunday.

A security guard was posted outside Haddad's room when the incident happened about 3:30 p.m. Friday, police said.
