Man Arrested In Elmhurst Restaurant Incident: Cops
The man has been in the county jail since Tuesday.

ELMHURST, IL — A man was arrested this week after causing a disturbance at an Elmhurst restaurant, police said.
Cody L. Barton, 30, of Chicago, was arrested on a charge of aggravated battery Tuesday. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail, where he remained as of Thursday.
About 4:30 p.m., Barton became agitated after he was asked to leave Yorky's restaurant, 836 N. York St., police said. When police arrived, Barton became aggressive toward customers and officers, police said. The police's media report did not say how Barton committed aggravated battery.
