Man Arrested In Elmhurst Road Rage Incident: Cops
The suspect approached another car with a baseball bat, authorities said.

ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst police released their latest arrest log Thursday. Here is information from the reports:
Assault
- A 52-year-old Brookfield man was arrested about 9:30 p.m. Monday at Elmhurst University, 190 S. Prospect Ave., on a charge of assault. The man was accused of approaching another car with a baseball bat in a road rage incident. He was released.
DUIs

- A 49-year-old man from the 100 block of North Glenview Avenue in Elmhurst was arrested shortly before midnight at West and North avenues on charges of DUI, no valid driver's license, improper lane usage and failure to signal. He was released.
- A 23-year-old woman from Chicago was arrested about 3:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of North York Street on charges of DUI and possession of marijuana in a car. She was released.
Warrant
- A 23-year-old man from Franklin Park was arrested about 8 p.m. Tuesday at Grand and Oaklawn avenues on a DuPage County warrant and charges of possession of a controlled substance, no valid driver's license and driving a car with a suspended registration. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
