Man Inappropriately Touched Passenger: Elmhurst Cops
In another case, a man is accused of prowling behind a house in a local neighborhood, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – In recent days, Elmhurst police arrested people on charges of disorderly conduct, prowling, DUI and drug possession. Here is information from the reports:
Disorderly conduct
- David Barrera, 31, of Villa Park, was arrested about 10:30 p.m. Friday in the 100 block of West Park Avenue on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing a police officer. Police said he inappropriately touched a train passenger and tried to get away when responding officers questioned him. He was released on bond.
Prowling

- Franko S. Pacheco, 31, of Rolling Meadows, was cited about 11:30 p.m. Sunday at South Street and Poplar Avenue on a charge of prowling. Police said he was under the influence of drugs and had walked to the back of a house. He was released on bond.
DUI
- Antonio Hernandez, 59, of Bensenville, was arrested about 4 a.m. Saturday at Lawndale Avenue and St. Charles Road on a charge of DUI. Police said they found him unconscious. He was released on bond.
Drug possession

- Nader Nazih Kafe, 24, of Justice, was arrested about 3 a.m. Saturday at North Avenue and York Street on charges of possession of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license, unlawful possession of marijuana by a driver and disobeying a traffic control signal. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
Warrant
- Krissy Q. Kendall, 30, of Bellwood, was arrested about 11:30 p.m. Sunday at Clinton and North avenues on a DuPage County warrant. She was released on bond.
