Man Planned To Sell Fentanyl: Elmhurst Cops
He also had a warrant from another suburban police department.

ELMHURST, IL – In recent days, Elmhurst police arrested people on charges of drug possession, retail theft, DUI and being a minor drinking at a bar. Here is information from the reports:
Fentanyl
- Ryan P. Bourque, 45, of Hanover Park, was arrested about 5 p.m. Sunday at York and Lake streets on charges of unlawful possession of fentanyl with intent to deliver and unlawful possession of fentanyl. He was also arrested on a Bartlett Police Department warrant. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

- A 20-year-old man from Shorewood was cited about 11:30 p.m. Thursday at Fitz's Pub, 172 N. Addison Ave., on charges of consuming alcohol by a minor and being a minor on a licensed premises. He was released.
Retail theft
- An 18-year-old man from Addison was arrested Oct. 10 on a charge of retail theft. About 5:30 p.m. Aug. 12, the man left Mariano's, 678 N. York St., with a cart full of liquor without paying for it. He was released.

- A 45-year-old man from Hanover Park was arrested about 1 p.m. Oct. 9 in the 600 block of West North Avenue on charges of DUI (drugs) and unlawful use of marijuana by a driver. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
- A 37-year-old man from Palatine was arrested about 3 p.m. Oct. 9 in the 500 block of North York Street on charges of DUI (drugs) and no valid driver's license. The man, who was involved in a crash, was released.
- A 23-year-old woman from Crystal City, Missouri, was arrested about 3 a.m. Oct. 10 at Park and Cottage Hill streets on charges of DUI, failure to signal when required, disobeying a traffic control signal and disobeying a stop sign. She was released.
- A 42-year-old man from Chicago was arrested about 3 a.m. Saturday at Grand Avenue and York Street on charges of DUI, illegal transportation of marijuana, driving an uninsured car, disobeying a traffic signal (two counts), improper lane usage (two counts), improper turn, improper turn at an intersection and speeding. He was released.
