Man Punches Another In Elmhurst Fight: Cops

In another case, a woman was accused of disorderly conduct at the train depot, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – In recent days, Elmhurst police arrested people on charges of battery, disorderly conduct, criminal trespassing and DUI. Here is information from the reports:

Battery

  • Michael Anderson, 49, of Chicago, was arrested about 4:30 p.m. Saturday at St. Charles Road and Route 83 on a charge of battery. During an argument, Anderson punched another person in the face, police said. He was released on bond. (Editor's note: The police originally gave the wrong name of the suspect.)

Disorderly conduct

  • Natasha Leone, 49, of Addison, was arrested about 10 a.m. Thursday at the train depot, 128 W. First St., on charges of criminal trespass to land and disorderly conduct. According to a police report, Leone was issued a no-trespass notice earlier that morning, but violated it by returning to the train depot and causing a disturbance. She was released on bond.

DUIs

  • Kevin Jamison, 28, of Elmhurst, was arrested about 8 p.m. Sunday at Prospect and Eggleston avenues on charges of DUI, tinted windows, no seatbelt and speeding. He was released on bond.
  • Joseph G. Murray, 46, of St. Charles, was arrested about 10:30 p.m. Thursday at Roosevelt Road and York Street on charges of DUI, improper lane usage, expired registration and failure to signal when required. He was released on bond.
  • Jose R. Lopez Melendez, 21, of Chicago, was arrested about 3:30 a.m. Sunday at North and Clinton avenues on charges of DUI, speeding, improper lane usage and unlawful possession of marijuana in a vehicle. He was released on bond.
  • Elias D. Funes Velasquez, 21, of Addison, was arrested about 11:30 p.m. Saturday at Lake Street and Interstate 290 on charges of DUI, driving an uninsured car, improper lane usage, improper lighting, improper window tinting, failure to wear a seatbelt, illegal transportation of alcohol and speeding. He was released on bond.

  • Dominic P. Sisto, 31, of Oswego, was arrested about 4:30 p.m. Thursday on a Kane County Sheriff's Office warrant. Sisto, who turned himself in at the Elmhurst police station, was released on bond.
