Man Says Boss Assaults Him In Elmhurst: Cops

They were talking about complaints against the employee, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst police were called to a dispute between an employee and his boss earlier this week, according to a report.

About 5:30 p.m. Tuesday on Fellows Court, a man said he was speaking with his supervisor about complaints against him, police said. The man said his boss then pushed him.

The supervisor admitted to patting the victim on the shoulder, but did not mean the gesture to be malicious in any way, police said.

Police told the man that he may bring charges against his supervisor on his own through the DuPage County State's Attorney's Office.
