In another case, a woman admitted to following a victim around town, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst police released their latest arrest log Thursday. Here is information from the reports:

Disorderly conduct

  • James Gruden, 70, of Wheaton, was cited about 10 a.m. Monday in the 100 block of Prospect Avenue on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police were called about Gruden, who was only wearing underwear. He was released on bond.

Retail theft

  • John Bakopoulos, 48, of Chicago, was arrested about 10:30 a.m. Monday at CVS Pharmacy, 110 W. North Ave., on a felony charge of retail theft. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
