ELMHURST, IL — A new 29,000 square foot professional building and clinic for Edward-Elmhurst Health has started construction in Elmhurst. The builder, Ryan Companies, US Inc., will construct the two-story Class A clinic downtown, adjacent to the existing Elmhurst Clinic.

“We’re excited to partner with Edward-Elmhurst Health to create a new home for the next generation of patients and providers in downtown Elmhurst,” Curt Pascoe, Director of Real Estate Development, Ryan Companies, said in a release. “The new building will include prairie style architecture, more windows, enhanced lobbies with natural light, and modernized systems - all leading to a better patient experience.”

According to a release, the new professional building and clinic will be built in the existing parking lot, allowing Elmhurst Clinic to continue operations during construction. Valet parking will be available for patients.
