“District 46 is quite large in a geographic sense and my office in Villa Park may not be convenient for all residents to visit,” Conroy said. “By hosting monthly satellite office hours in the other towns in the district I am best able to provide the most accessible office I can to constituents.“
In addition to the Satellite Office Hours, Conroy’s constituent services office will continue to host extended, “working family” office hours on the last Thursday of each month from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. In April, the “working family” office hours fall on Thursday, April 24th.
“Over the next few months I will primarily be in Springfield for session. Although I will not be in the district, I want to ensure that my office remains accessible to residents,” said Conroy. “Hosting these extra office hours, as well as community events when I am back from Springfield, helps ensure accessibility and assists in continuing a dialogue with the residents of the 46th District.”
