Elmhurst residents cheer convoy as it passes through their neighborhoods.
ELMHURST, IL — The Elmhurst Police Department posted footage on Facebook from the lead vehicle in Monday's Memorial Day Convoy. The procession of vehicles included first responders and special service and military vehicles.
The convoy's route was set to cover 16 miles of Elmhurst, with vehicles passing through all seven of the city's wards. It started and ended at the Elmhurst American Legion.
