Sex Assault Reported At Elmhurst University: Cops

ELMHURST, IL – A sexual assault was reported last week at Elmhurst University, police said.

Staff at Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield told Elmhurst police that the woman showed up Friday to report a sexual assault, which occurred two days earlier at the university, according to a police report.

The woman did not want to speak with police and declined to provide more information about the incident, police said.

In another incident at the school, campus security officers told Elmhurst police that they found a woman unconscious about 12:30 a.m. Friday, according to a report. She was determined to have been drinking too much that night, police said.

She was taken to Elmhurst Hospital.
