Four Elmhurst minors were charged with consumption of alcohol, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst police released their latest arrest log Tuesday. Here is information from the reports:

Underage drinking

  • Two 20-year-old women and two 19-year-old women, all of Elmhurst, were cited on charges of unlawful consumption of alcohol about 2 a.m. Friday at Spring Road and Madison Street. They were released on bond.

  • Kevin J. Leyva Ramirez, 29, of Chicago, was arrested about 6 a.m. Friday at York Street and Interstate 290 on charges of DUI, improper lane usage, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, failure to wear a seatbelt, and driving an uninsured car. They were stopped after the driver failed to stop at a stop sign, for which the driver was cited. He was released on bond.
  • Diana Stout, 50, of Lombard, was arrested about 1 a.m. on New Year's Day at First Street and Evergreen Avenue on charges of DUI and improper lane usage. She was released on bond.
  • Kevin Williams, 34, of Naperville, was arrested about 1:30 a.m. on New Year's Day on charges of DUI, obstructing justice, possession of open alcohol by a driver, driving an uninsured car and failure to carry a license while driving a car. Police said he was found sleeping at the wheel. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

Retail theft

  • Andre Googler, 51, of Maywood, was arrested about 8 p.m. Wednesday at Jewel, 944 S. York St., on charges of retail theft, attempted possession of burglary tools and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said Googler concealed several bottles of liquor and walked out without paying. He was released on bond.
