"Virtual Bauhaus: An Interactive Exhibition" Now Open
Elmhurst Art Museum Presents virtual reality experience in conjunction with new Bauhaus exhibit

For three weeks only (March 1 – 22), Elmhurst Art Museum visitors can tour the iconic Dessau Bauhaus School as a former student, interacting with and exploring its architecture, design and educational philosophies--via virtual reality glasses.
Spoken eyewitness accounts and background information round out the experience as visitors step into the very essence of the Bauhaus: its ideas, products and masters!
This experience complements the Museum's current exhibit, The Whole World a Bauhaus, (open through April 20, 2019), in celebration of Bauhaus100, the centenary anniversary of Germany’s short-lived but influential Bauhaus school of art and design.
