Wallet Stolen, DUIs: Elmhurst Police Reports

Elmhurst Police reports through April 9.

The following items were taken from the Elmhurst police blotter throughout the past week. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

April 5

  • An unknown offender entered an unlocked locker in the 600 block of West North at 6:50 a.m. and removed car keys. A wallet was removed from the car, but was later found in Wheaton.
  • Jennifer Lovoie, 32, of the 800 block of North York, was arrested at 7:23 p.m. at York and Belden for DUI, improper lane usage, possession of open alcohol and no rear registration plate light.

April 8

  • Santos Navarro Lopez, 34, of Chicago, was arrested at 1:34 a.m. at Grantley and York for DUI and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
  • Stephen Vogl, 26, of Lombard, was arrested at 2:08 a.m. at Butterfield and Cedar for DUI, expired driver's license and no rear registration plate light.
  • Sean Culp, 26, of the 200 block of East Wilson, was arrested at 5:18 a.m. at St. Charles and Fair for DUI and speeding.

April 9

  • John Potter, 60, of the 200 block of South Hawthorne, was arrested at 6:07 a.m. in the 200 block of West First for disorderly conduct.
