Watch: Good Deed Captured By Doorbell Camera

HILLSIDE, IL — Cameras often catch the bad stuff people do, but they also document the good deeds. Recently, a young man rang the doorbell at a house in Hillside, a town just southeast of Elmhurst. He told the man opening the door that his car's windows were down. "I don't want anyone to break into your car," he said.

Footage of the exchange was posted on the Neighbors app. "I wanted to post something positive since there have been subjects trying to enter vehicles. This young man came to our door to notify us that our car windows were down," the submitter wrote.
