Woman Accused of Keying Car At Elmhurst Hospital

In another case, an Elmhurst woman is arrested on a warrant after a disturbance, police said.

ELMHURST, IL — Elmhurst police released their latest arrest blotter Monday. Here is information from the reports:

  • Danijela Halsey, 28, of Carol Stream, was arrested Thursday at Elmhurst Hospital, 155 E. Brush Hill, on a charge of criminal damage to property. She was released on bond. According to a police report, Halsey used a key to damage the trunk and door of another woman's car. Halsey turned herself in at the Elmhurst police station.
  • Selena Martinez-Alvarado, 26, of Elmhurst, was arrested about 9 p.m. Thursday in the 100 block of North Bonnie Brae on a Cook County warrant. She was released on bond. According to a police report, officers came into contact with Martinez-Alvarado during a domestic disturbance call. In that case, because of conflicting statements and no signs of injury, no other arrests were made.
  • Angel Garcia, 19, of Rolling Meadows, 19, was cited about 8:30 p.m. Friday at York and Interstate 290 on charges of no valid driver's license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper lighting. He was released on bond.
  • Yesly Cruz Galicia, 20, of Elmhurst, was cited about 3:30 p.m. Saturday in the 700 block of North Van Auken on charges of no valid driver's license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to leave information after striking unattended property.
  • Toriean Wilson, 27, of Addison, was arrested about 10:30 p.m. Saturday at North and Route 83 on a DuPage County Sheriff's Office warrant and charges of driving with a suspended license and no seat belt. He was released on bond.
  • Gregory Carter, 27, of Berwyn, was cited about 10:30 p.m. Sunday in the 500 block of West North on charges of driving with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and possession of marijuana by a driver. He was released on bond.
