The earlier blotter item indicated the incident occurred in a residential neighborhood. According to the report, it happened about 1:30 p.m. on Valentine's Day at Lincoln Elementary School, 565 Fairfield Ave.
The woman told police that when she parked, a man driving a silver four-door Tesla pulled up in the space next to her.

As she walked toward the school, the man approached her. He had his phone up, appearing to be recording her, police said.
The man asked the woman whether her children attended the school and whether she was going to see them, according to the report. He then asked whether she liked the school, about her car and whether she was trying to hide something by tinting her windows, police said.
The man followed her all the way to the school, grabbed a pillar, turned around and then drove away, police said.
The man was described as white, 6 feet, 200 pounds, balding, having light hair, and wearing a blue quarter-zip pullover and gray joggers.
According to the report, a secretary in the school said she saw the man with the woman, initially thinking they were together. She, too, told police she saw the man grab one of the pillars, spin around and walk back to his car.
The secretary was able to take a video on her phone as the man was leaving the parking lot.
An officer reviewed the school's surveillance footage, but was unable to obtain any license plate information on the Tesla.
The officer said he obtained a screenshot of the suspect, but it was blurry and the man was unidentifiable.
The front license plate appeared to be an advertisement for a car dealership, police said.
