The woman threw more trash on a resident's yard after he objected, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – A woman was charged with littering after she got into an argument with a resident in an Elmhurst neighborhood, police said.

About 11 a.m. Saturday, an 18-year-old Chicago woman parked in front of a house in the 300 block of South Berkley Avenue, police said.

The woman removed a plastic bag of garbage from her car and left it on a man's front lawn, police said.

The man asked the woman to pick up her trash. The woman then yelled at the man and threw more garbage on his lawn, police said.

Officers later found the woman, who admitted to depositing the garbage in the man's yard, police said.
