Records show Evanston police and paramedics later questioned why agents left with the man lying in the street, and ICE officials acknowledged they had detained the wrong person before driving away.

Councilmember proposes one-year data center moratorium (evanstonroundtable.com) β Evanston Councilmember Krissie Harris is pushing a one-year citywide moratorium on new data centers, responding to neighborhood backlash over a 20,000-square-foot proposal at 1265 Hartrey Avenue in the Second Ward.
