With Spring right around the corner, the Evanston Real Estate market gets busier every day. Sellers with competitively priced homes continue to get offers within the first few weeks after putting their property on the market. Many buyers are finding themselves in multiple offer situations proving that it’s a “seller’s market” unlike anything we’ve seen in the past several years. Accordingly, prices have increased, but not to the highest levels of 2007-2009. Chicago Magazine says it’s “Time to Buy”. What do you think?
