Chicago Man Accused of Inappropriate Contact with Boy
Police in Evanston say they found a crack pipe on a 29-year-old who put his arm around a 12-year-old's shoulder on Howard Street.

Evanston, IL - Police arrested an intoxicated man who made inappropriate contact with a young boy on Friday, according to a report.
A business owner in the 1200 block of Howard Street called police around 6:20 p.m. in reference to a man engaging two boys, one 11 and one 12, in conversation on the street.
Shortly after, Gerold D. Russell, 29, of Chicago was found a block away on Howard and arrested for battery and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Russell is accused of placing his arm around the 12-year-old boy's shoulder and patting him on the chest.

While searching him, police said they found a crack cocaine pipe.
