The City of Evanston will host a second public meeting regarding planned improvements along Chicago Avenue, from Howard to Davis Streets.
The goal of the Chicago Avenue Multimodal Corridor Improvement Study is to improve safety and comfort for all roadway users, including pedestrians, cyclists, buses, cars and various other modes of transportation. The project will also review intersection operations along the Chicago Avenue Corridor.

The open house public meeting will take place:
Thursday, November 11
4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
City Volkswagen of Evanston
1034 Chicago Ave.
The purpose of the meeting is to present the proposed multimodal corridor improvements and concept geometry. The meeting will include conceptual plans and exhibit display boards for viewing. City staff and members of the consultant team will be available to solicit input and answer questions.
