Congress Woman Suggests that Chicago Police Are Responsible for South Side Killings

As if we need race riots and the National Guard in Chicago this summer....Congresswoman Monique Davis is telling the world that the Chicago Police are murdering black youth all over the south side . Maybe she is right....its time to call out the National Guard to patrol the south side and bring Cook County Sheriff's Tactical Officers to Evanston.
