ETHS Will Move Home to Dodge Avenue
Traffic will be closed on Dodge Avenue as single-family home is moved on Tuesday.
A single-family home near Evanston Township High School will be moved on Tuesday, August 11.
According to a city of Evanston news release, the home - currently near the high school’s Geometry and Construction class - will be moved to 1820 Dodge Ave. between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
The house will depart east on Lake Street, then head north on Dodge Ave. During the move, Dodge will be blocked off from all traffic except buses between Emerson and Church streets.
