Evanston Man Killed in MLK Day Shooting in Chicago
Marlon Pollard was a victim of the city's gun violence early Monday morning.

CHICAGO, IL - The city of Chicago’s gun violence claimed the life of an Evanston man on Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Marlon Pollard, 36 was shot to death early Monday morning in the city’s Ukrainian Village neighborhood, according to the Daily Northwestern and other media reports. Pollard was shot in the abdomen, face and left leg by someone in a black SUV.
No one is in custody for the death of Pollard, who lived in the 1400 block of Darrow Avenue.
