Help House a new Mom!

Does anyone have a small apartment or coach house for a wonderful first time mother and her beautiful one year old who recently relocated to Evanston after a bad experience and have been staying in my living room for two months? Mom has a new job and child care already lined up. She is super responsible and a truly loving mother. However, she cannot afford to pay much rent and would appreciate a start near Main Street or anywhere north.
