Homeowner Bum Rushes and Hogties Burglar

There is an outstanding lesson for Evanston in this story. It seems a burglar broke a window on this gentleman's house.....the homeowner ran outside,  bum rushed him, hog tied the guy's hands and feet behind him, called the police and left so he could be on time for work.

Its too bad that stuff like this doesn't happen here more often.....things just might calm down.
