Its About Gang Control NOT "Gun Control"

We have yet another violent homicide in Evanston...this time a twenty one year old gentleman with a daughter and another child on the way. Yes...it appears he was killed with a firearm. Would anyone want to bet me that the firearm used to kill him wasn't legally registered? Where does the logic come from to blame the firearm rather than this individual's POOR life choices. He was arrested at least once and charged with a felony. Its pretty clear that he was a gang member...or at least a poser that liked the gang lifestyle. Yet the libritards start yelling for more gun control...rather than focusing on the need for more gang control...and that may well mean more STOP and FRISK, and officers with K-9s patrolling the neighborhood around ETHS to remove the malignant infestation.

It is also very deceptive to put up a picture of a 14 year old from an ETHS year book rather than a publicly available picture from 2012 that very much portrays the same gentleman as a gangbanger or at least a wannabe. Lets call it what it is.....he may have been a very fine individual and a good parent....however a felony arrest and gangster photos raise doubts with reasonable people. If he was on a proper path its truly sad that he didn't get further along in turning his life around. I truly hope that EPD finds the perpetrators, they receive a speedy trial and a death sentence and are quickly given a hot shot and a dirt nap.

Just one more example that concealed carry and legally owned firearms aren't the risk issue in a young man's violent death......its about the environment they were raised in and gang membership.
