Missing Chicago Man Id'd as Body Found on Lakeshore
The 28-year-old was reported missing by Chicago Police last week.
EVANSTON, IL - The body found on the lakeshore in Evanston last week has been identified as Pengjun Shen, 28, of Chicago.
The Cook County medical examiner’s office and Evanston police confirmed the finding, according to CBS Chicago. The are no signs of foul play, but police are performing a death investigation.
Shen was listed as a “high risk” missing person by the Chicago Police Department on Jan. 7, one day before he was found in the 300 block of Sheridan Road. Shen was first reported missing Jan. 4.
