Murder At Rogers Park McDonalds

Thankfully....concealed carry becomes operational in Illinois in a bit less than a month. As if there aren't enough good reasons for it one person was killed and at least three were wounded this afternoon at the McDonalds near Clark/Pratt in Rogers Park.
