Northwestern Student Robbed Near Campus Sunday Night

EVANSTON, IL - A Northwestern University student was robbed at gunpoint just west of campus Sunday night, according to an Evanston Now report.

The student told police that four teenage boys approached at Foster Street and Maple Avenue and showed a gun before taking the student’s wallet and cellphone. The offenders all fled west on Foster.

A complete description of the robbers was not provided, although the victim told police one was wearing a blue coat and another had a black coat.
