Problem Block With "Crazy Idiots" Near Evanston
Rogers Park residents speak out against recent crime on Jonquil Terrace.

The 1500 and 1600 blocks of West Jonquil Terrace in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood are just on the other side of Calvary Cemetery from the southern edge of Evanston, and recently neighbors there have voiced their displeasure with what appears to be a plethora of illegal activity.
Residents described their frustration with large group gatherings, overt drug transactions and ongoing violence on those streets and others nearby at a recent community police meeting, according to DNAinfo.com Chicago.
One man described the blocks as “party central,” saying large groups of people consistently gather on the streets and sidewalks as well as inside homes.
